How to cancel Netflix

Steps

  1. Open the Manage your membership page and sign in if asked.
  2. Select Cancel, then Finish Cancellation.
  3. Look for the confirmation email.

Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel. If you do not see a Cancel option, you may be billed by a partner (for example a phone or TV provider) and need to cancel there.
