Any other service: general checklist
- Find where you pay. Look at the confirmation email or your card or bank statement for the company name. Apple and Google subscriptions are cancelled in their own subscription settings, not on the service’s site.
- Sign in to the service and look for Account, Billing, Membership or Subscription.
- Choose Cancel, and read each screen. Some services offer a pause, a discount or a cheaper plan before the final step.
- Save the confirmation. Take a screenshot or keep the email, and check that the next charge date is gone.
- Check a few days later that nothing was charged. If it was, contact the service with your confirmation.
Track your trials free with Subrazor.
Cancelling soon, or just keeping an eye on renewals? Subrazor is a private tracker for free trials and subscriptions. Add the date once and see what is due soon, with a calendar reminder if you want one. Free for up to 5 active items. No account and no bank login, and your list stays on your device.
