How to cancel Babbel

Steps

  1. Go to babbel.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and choose Profile and settings.
  3. Open Account Information.
  4. Choose the subscription and click Cancel auto-renewal.

You can cancel up to the day before renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. If you do not see the Cancel auto-renewal button, the subscription will not renew. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there. You keep your courses until the subscription expires.

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel Babbel?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for Babbel through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that Babbel will not charge me again?
