How to cancel ChatGPT Plus

  1. Sign in to ChatGPT on the web.
  2. Click your profile icon, then Settings, then Account.
  3. Use the subscription controls there to manage or cancel your plan.

Check that you are signed in to the account that holds the subscription. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, manage it in that store’s subscription settings instead.

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for ChatGPT Plus through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that ChatGPT Plus will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
