How to cancel NordVPN

Steps

  1. Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. Open the Billing tab.
  3. Click cancel next to auto-renewal, then select Cancel auto-renewal.
  4. Check that your auto-renewal status now shows off, and look for a confirmation email.

These steps are for a subscription bought directly from NordVPN, and the same steps apply to NordPass and NordLocker. If you bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon App Store, cancel there instead.

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for NordVPN through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that NordVPN will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
