How to cancel MasterClass

Steps

  1. Log in at masterclass.com in a web browser. Cancellations cannot be made in the MasterClass app.
  2. Click your profile or account menu in the top right, then Settings.
  3. In Account Settings, find the Membership section and click Cancel Membership.
  4. On the next screen, select Cancel Now. Look for a confirmation email.

Your membership stays active until the renewal date. On a phone, use a mobile browser, not the app. If you bought through the iOS App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store.

How do I cancel MasterClass?

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel MasterClass?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for MasterClass through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that MasterClass will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
