How to cancel STARZ

Steps

  1. Go to STARZ.com and select log in at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the user icon in the upper right, then choose Settings.
  3. Under Billing Plan & Information, select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen and select Submit. You should get a confirmation email.

These steps are for a subscription started on starz.com. In the mobile app, go to More, Settings, Account Management, then Cancel Subscription (it opens your browser). Access continues to the end of the billing cycle. If you subscribed through a partner such as Roku, cancel with that partner. STARZ’s help page was last updated in April 2023, so menus may differ.

How do I cancel STARZ?

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel STARZ?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

How can I check that STARZ will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
