How to cancel Uber One

Steps

  1. Open the Uber app and tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Uber One, then scroll and tap Manage Membership.
  3. Select End Membership and follow the prompt.

Uber says to cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day. Closer than that, contact Uber support. If you are on a free trial or a paused membership, benefits end when you cancel. Otherwise you keep them until the end of the current billing period.
