How to cancel EA Play

Steps

  1. Go to your EA Account and sign in with the details you used to join EA Play.
  2. Select the Subscriptions and Memberships tab.
  3. In the Your membership section, select Cancel membership.
  4. On the new browser page that opens, select Cancel membership again.

These steps are for PC. On PlayStation, sign in to your PlayStation account, choose Subscription and turn off auto-renew. On Xbox, go to your Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions, then Manage. You keep access until the end of your membership period. EA says memberships are generally not refundable.

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel EA Play?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for EA Play through Apple, Google or another company?
