How to cancel Headspace

Steps

  1. Log in at headspace.com from a computer or mobile browser (not the mobile app).
  2. Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage and click Cancel Membership.
  3. If the button is not there, email help@headspace.com.

These steps are for a subscription bought on the Headspace website. For Apple, go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Headspace, Cancel Subscription. For Google Play, open Subscriptions, tap Headspace, then Cancel subscription. Headspace says subscriptions bought on its website, Apple or Google Play are non-refundable, but you can write to Headspace if you think your case is special.

How do I cancel Headspace?

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel Headspace?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for Headspace through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that Headspace will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
