How to cancel Strava

Steps

  1. Cancel on the platform where you subscribed, at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  2. On the Strava website: log in, select your profile picture, then go to Settings, My Account, Cancel Subscription.
  3. In the iPhone or Android app: open the You tab, tap the gear icon, select Your Strava Subscription, then Manage Your Subscription. That opens the App Store or Google Play, where you cancel.

Strava says you keep subscription features until the end of your current term and your uploaded activities stay. Canceling does not start a refund.

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel Strava?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.

What if I pay for Strava through Apple, Google or another company?

How can I check that Strava will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
