How to cancel HelloFresh

Steps

  1. Log into your HelloFresh account.
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner, then Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down the Plan settings page and click Cancel Plan (under Status).
  4. Follow the prompts until you see the message confirming your account is cancelled.

HelloFresh says to pause or cancel by 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. It cannot process cancellations after the cut-off, and you are responsible for charges on orders already processed.

How do I cancel HelloFresh?

Does deleting the app or signing out cancel HelloFresh?

Not by itself. Cancel in the account, billing or subscription settings of the place you pay, then keep the confirmation.
