How to cancel Hinge+ and HingeX

Steps

  1. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  2. On iPhone, if you paid through Apple: open your Subscription page in Settings, tap Hinge, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. On iPhone, if you paid through Hinge payment: open the Hinge app, tap the gear icon for Account Settings, then tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
  4. On Android: open your Subscription page in Google Play, tap Hinge, then Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription, but it does immediately cancel a Hinge payment subscription, and you lose the rest of the time you paid for.

How can I check that Hinge+ and HingeX will not charge me again?

Save the confirmation (a screenshot or the email) and check that the next charge date is gone. A few days later, check your statement. If you were charged anyway, contact the service with your confirmation.
